    10+ years of experience in jet propulsion engineering or a related aerospace field, with a proven track record of successful projects.

    - Familiarity with advanced manufacturing techniques and emerging propulsion technologies.

     

    *Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    - Proven track record of successful projects in jet propulsion or related aerospace fields.

     

    - Ability to lead design and development, oversee projects, conduct testing, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor juniors, and drive continuous improvement.

     

    3 Disqualifiers / Deal Breakers / Non-Negotiables

    1. Lack of U.S. citizenship (position limited to U.S. citizens due to defense contractor regulations).

    2. Fewer than 10 years of experience in jet propulsion engineering or related aerospace field.

    3. No bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

    The pay range for this position is $200000.00 - $220000.00/yr.
