    Job Title: Clinical Team Lead~ Oncology Research

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Team Lead to manage and oversee clinical trials from startup to closeout. This role involves protocol coordination, feasibility planning, data management, and biological specimen management. The successful candidate will ensure all study procedures are conducted according to protocol and applicable regulations, train and supervise research staff, and contribute to standard operating procedures. This position also involves representing the organization internally and externally, overseeing research operations, and providing expert consulting at an institutional level.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct clinical trials from startup to closeout independently.

    + Coordinate protocols, including screening, recruiting, enrolling, and consenting.

    + Plan feasibility studies and manage data and biological specimens.

    + Prepare for monitoring visits and regulatory and IRB document preparation.

    + Ensure study procedures adhere to protocols and regulations.

    + Train and supervise research staff and oversee clinical trial operations.

    + Develop and contribute to standard operating procedures and processes.

    + Attend leadership meetings and represent the organization internally and externally.

    + Oversee research operations within a division or department and provide expert consulting.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in clinical trial and oncology.

    + Patient recruitment and clinical research experience.

    + Project management and clinical development skills.

    + Oncology or complex drug study experience.

    + Experience training and mentoring staff.

    + 3 years as a Clinical Research Coordinator with a Master's Degree or 5 years with a Bachelor's Degree.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Oncology experience preferred.

    + Experience in training and mentoring incoming staff.

    + Bachelor of Science and 5+ years of clinical research coordinator experience or 3 years with a Master's Degree.

    Job Type & Location

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role will have hybrid flexibility

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
