_Schedule:_ Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | On-call every 3rd week (Mon–Fri: 5:00–9:00 PM, Sat–Sun: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM)

Position Summary
The **Billing Specialist** will work closely with Sales and Operations teams to manage order execution, invoicing, and inventory-related transactions. This role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate billing records and supporting smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
+ Generate accurate invoices and credit memos through the ERP system
+ Review and revise purchase orders to ensure alignment with pricing and specifications
+ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales and billing processes
+ Support accounts receivable through customer correspondence and follow-up
+ Assist the sales team with order entry, quote revisions, and CRM management
+ Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to ensure excellent customer service
Qualifications
+ Minimum **2 years of billing experience**
+ Proficient in **Microsoft Office** with strong computer skills
+ Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
+ Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
+ Problem-solving mindset with sound judgment
+ Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
+ Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
+ Experience with **NetSuite ERP** is a plus
Physical Demands & Work Environment
+ Primarily a sedentary role with occasional physical activity (lifting up to 25 lbs.)
+ Requires regular use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, printers, etc.)
+ Work performed in a professional office, field, or shop setting with moderate noise levels

**Pay Details:** $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
