Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a **Accounts Payable Administrator at TAMPA FL 33607 (Hybrid)**
Pay rate: $24/hr.
Shift availability:- Mon-Fri Mon - Fri 8:30am-5:30pm
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Accounts Payable Specialist** to join our dynamic finance team supporting Client's USA, Canada, and our Manufacturing plants. This role offers autonomy in processing high-volume transactions and the opportunity to collaborate across departments to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Independently process accounts payable transactions using 3-way matching.
+ Ensure timely and accurate payment processing via SAP FUSION, Wise, or Canada platform.
+ Serve as an AP Champion, promoting compliance with L’Oréal’s policies and procedures.
+ Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve parked and blocked invoices.
+ Respond to internal and external inquiries, including vendor statement reconciliation and procurement issues.
+ Identify and propose innovative solutions to improve shared services operations.
+ Participate in special projects that support L’Oréal’s business goals and enhance the shared services environment.
Qualifications:
+ 2–4 years of accounts payable experience required.
+ High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
+ Proven ability to process 75–100 invoices per day.
+ Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience highly preferred.
+ Willingness to work overtime during peak periods and monthly close cycles.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Excel skills required (including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
+ Experience with document imaging systems such as ReadSoft preferred.
+ Background in consumer products industry is a plus.
**Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
