The Inside Sales Representative works in collaboration with members of the sales team to increase sales by uncovering lead opportunities, establishing new accounts and proactively cultivating existing accounts. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Experience with electric motors, pumps, compressors, fans, extruders and conveyors a plus.

+ Achieving monthly and annual sales targets
+ Generating sales growth by proactively sourcing new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
+ Increasing account penetration by calling on existing customers to introduce new products and promotions
+ Engaging prospects and customers into closing conversations to generate new and repeat sales
+ Accurately documenting communication, sales activity and market data in CRM system
+ Developing and maintaining product knowledge to successfully analyze and interpret customer needs
+ Independently researching potential industries to identify key players and equipment for sales opportunities
+ Consistently following up and utilizing selling skills to secure orders
+ Entering, tracking, and preparing quotes, orders, backorders, and RMAs
**Pay Details:** $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
