A growing industrial solutions provider is seeking an **Customer Account Manager** to support outside sales and strengthen customer relationships. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory programs, and assisting with new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as a key point of contact for assigned accounts, providing prompt and effective customer support.
+ Collaborate with outside sales to identify growth opportunities and achieve revenue goals.
+ Manage customer inventory programs, ensuring accuracy, organization, and proper documentation.
+ Enter and manage quotes, orders, and pricing in ERP systems while maintaining clear communication with internal teams.
+ Coordinate with suppliers and product management to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
+ Comply with customer site requirements, safety guidelines, and company standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 2–3 years of experience in **B2B sales support, manufacturing or machining sales, or industrial distribution account management** .
+ Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems preferred.
+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
**Pay Details:** $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
