Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **Accountant II** to join our team in a remote capacity. This role is responsible for maintaining fixed assets, performing daily treasury and cash flow functions, and supporting general accounting operations. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
+ Maintain and reconcile fixed assets.
+ Perform daily treasury and cash flow activities.
+ Ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and compliant with standards.
+ Safeguard and reconcile cash, checks, receivables, and payables.
+ Analyze and review data for accuracy and financial integrity.
+ Prepare and support financial reporting and assist leadership with analysis.
+ Communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting required.
+ Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience preferred.
+ Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software.
+ Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
+ Ability to analyze data and meet measurable standards.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
+ Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule
+ Remote position.
+ Typically **day shift, Monday–Friday** .
+ Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required.

**Pay Details:** $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
