• Assembly technician

    Adecco US, Inc. (Highland, NY)


    Adecco is partnering with a client in Highland, NY and we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling components or products with accuracy, quality, and efficiency. This role requires good hand-eye coordination, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow instructions, blueprints, or diagrams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assemble parts or components according to written instructions, blueprints, or schematics

    + Inspect parts for defects and ensure assembled products meet quality standards

    + Use hand tools, power tools, or machinery to assemble products

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    + Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times

    + Meet production deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

    + Report any production or quality issues to supervisors immediately

    + Package finished products for shipping or further processing

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    + Previous assembly or manufacturing experience a plus, but not required

    + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

    + Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail

    + Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

    + Basic math and measuring skills

    + Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability

    Physical Requirements:

    + Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and lifting

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    + May require use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
