An established industrial distributor is seeking an **Account Relationship Manager** to develop and expand customer relationships within a defined territory. This role focuses on driving new business, increasing customer satisfaction, and delivering tailored product and service solutions that help clients improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage and grow existing customer accounts through consistent communication and service.
+ Execute sales growth plans for each assigned account and identify new opportunities through networking and cold outreach.
+ Partner with internal specialists and supplier representatives to provide value-added solutions.
+ Track and report cost savings and process improvements delivered to customers.
+ Maintain accurate CRM records, territory plans, and up-to-date product and market knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 1–3 years of experience in **B2B sales, manufacturing sales, machining sales, or industrial distribution environments** .
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in technical products.
+ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
+ Valid driver’s license with flexibility for overnight travel as needed.
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
**Pay Details:** $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
