Responsibilities for a Senior Business Analyst – Letter Maintenance Analyst include but are not limited to:
+ Participate in requirements gathering and redlining sessions to ensure proper variable mapping within letter templates.
+ Identify variables not within the existing schema and coordinate with IT for necessary system updates.
+ Build and update letter templates within the ELGS system based on submitted letter change requests.
+ Conduct extensive testing, including regression testing, prior to user acceptance testing (UAT).
+ Deploy updated logic and templates into the production ELGS environment.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of communication templates.
Candidates for the Senior Business Analyst – Letter Maintenance Analyst position must meet the following requirements to be considered:
+ High School Diploma or GED (or higher).
+ Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and ability to navigate template-based systems.
+ Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
+ Prior experience in business analysis, system testing, or letter maintenance preferred.
+ Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

**Pay Details:** $48.16 per hour
