Now Hiring: Associate Pilot Plant Technician – Solon, OH (Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences)

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently assisting a leading global organization in recruiting for an **Associate Pilot Plant Technician** in **Solon, OH** . This hands-on position supports **trial-related functions** in both benchtop and pilot plant environments, contributing to innovative food and ingredient research projects.

**Location:** Solon, OH

**Schedule:** Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (initially)

_Will transition to a split shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM_

**Pay Rate: $26** - **$** **28.76/hr** **.** (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

+ Safely handle **industrial-grade chemicals** in a manufacturing setting.

+ Assemble, disassemble, and operate equipment according to technical specifications.

+ Perform **industrial-scale cleaning** and assist in various plant operations.

+ Support other departments as needed with general duties.

+ Maintain accurate documentation and follow all safety protocols.

+ Work independently with minimal supervision.

+ Participate in regular progress meetings with the supervisor.

Qualifications

+ **A.S. or B.S. degree preferred** in Science, Culinary, Baking, or related field — or equivalent experience.

+ Prior experience in **food manufacturing** or **culinary environments** is highly preferred.

+ Proficient in **Microsoft Word and Excel** .

+ Strong communication skills (email, phone, and in-person).

+ Able to **lift up to 30 lbs.** and perform daily material handling tasks.

+ Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.

**Pay Details:** $26.00 to $28.76 per hour
