Responsibilities for a Production Machine Operator include but are not limited to:

• Set up and operate production machines following established procedures and safety guidelines.

• Use computer-controlled systems to select, position, and secure automatic or semi-automatic machinery.

• Monitor, control, and adjust machine settings to ensure products meet specifications and production goals.

• Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness, following all safety and quality standards.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow.

Candidates for the Production Machine Operator role must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 0–1 year of general work experience preferred; manufacturing or machine operation experience a plus.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under supervision in a team environment.

• Must wear steel toe shoes and adhere to all safety requirements.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards.

• Pay: $19.00/hour

• Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (overtime as needed on Fridays, 5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.)

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
