    Title: Project Engineer

    Description

    Seeking a Project Engineer looking to grow their career in the construction industry with a local concrete subcontractor.

     

    + In preconstruction - developing, implementing, and adhering to the most cost-effective means of delivering our contracted scope.

    + Will prepare submittals and conduct formwork buy-out & planning

    + Create project schedule development

    + Conduct site logistics planning

    + Develop project budget set-up

    + Review Sub-Tier Submittals

    + Maintain data integrity/document control (Draft RFI’s, maintain plan sets, etc)

     

    During construction this individual will assist the PM in scope management

     

    Will be in coordination with general contractor

     

    Maintain sub-tier coordination

    + Proficient with Bluebeam software - this individual will have used Bluebeam on daily basis - this is where projects, drawings and estimates will have been stored.

    + Ability to work with customers on project timeline and provide solutions when needed

    + Will align with client bonus payouts at the end of the year

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $36.06/hr.
