Responsibilities

+ Assist Project Architects and Managers as needed.

+ Engage in the project documentation process.

+ Produce site plans and contract documents according to building codes and zoning regulations.

+ Contribute to conceptual design studies and graphic presentations.

+ Participate in construction administration and site visits for local projects.

+ Work on core/shell and interior projects.

Qualifications

+ Accredited Architecture degree.

+ On track to licensure.

+ 3-5 years of experience working in an architecture firm.

+ Experience in multi-family projects or a diverse portfolio of commercial and core/shell projects is preferred.

+ Proficiency in Revit for producing construction documents in an architecture firm.

+ Experience with schematic design and drafting.

+ Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.

+ Familiarity with SketchUp and 3D Studio Max is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $33.65/hr.
