• Environmental Project Manager

    We're seeking a Project Manager to help tackle a growing backlog of impactful brownfield remediation projects across NYC.     The Project Manager will have 10-15 years of experience and is responsible for leading environmental investigation and remediation projects from planning through execution. Duties include developing project scope, budgets, and schedules; managing multiple projects at a time, staff and subcontractors; preparing technical reports and proposals; and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves regular client and regulatory communication, mentoring junior staff, and overseeing deliverables.

     

    Experience with all aspects of environmental due diligence assessments (Phase I / II Environmental Site Assessments), subsurface investigations, and/or remediation/mitigation of soil, groundwater, vapor intrusion, or other impacted media.)

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    - Excellent management and communication skills

     

    - PE, PG, PMP, CHMM certifications preferred

     

    - Osha 40-hour Hazwoper and SST

     

    - Extensive knowledge of New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) regulations and guidance, including Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) and spill response investigations, cleanups, and reporting.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
