Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to support operations within our paint department. This role is essential to ensuring efficient, high-quality paint manufacturing processes and continuous improvement in production systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering with a strong focus on paint applications and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide engineering support for paint operations, including troubleshooting and process improvements.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance paint application quality and efficiency.
+ Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to support production goals.
+ Monitor and analyze paint booth performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
+ Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
+ Support equipment maintenance and upgrades related to paint systems.
+ Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for paint-related issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
+ Proven experience in paint manufacturing and manufacturing engineering.
+ Strong understanding of paint booth operations, equipment, and safety protocols.
+ Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $40.00/hr.
