Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to support various administrative and research tasks for our team based in Mount Prospect, Illinois. This is a contract position, offering an opportunity to contribute to key projects while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on licensing requirements for new states and manage related documentation.

• Handle grain bond processes and ensure timely updates.

• Review and process commission reports from multiple states.

• Monitor sales tax laws and verify the need for certificates in applicable jurisdictions.

• Assist in scheduling and tracking progress for construction-related projects.

• Coordinate and maintain master schedules to align project timelines.

• Perform document scanning and organize files for easy accessibility.

• Support project management efforts by maintaining clear communication and tracking deliverables. Requirements • Proven ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines.

• Experience in coordinating construction projects or related tasks.

• Proficiency in creating and maintaining master schedules.

• Familiarity with scanning processes and document organization.

• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of state licensing and sales tax requirements is a plus.

• Excellent research and analytical abilities.
