Description We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Lead to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Minnetonka, Minnesota. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert, addressing complex employee relations matters while ensuring alignment with organizational values and compliance standards. Collaborating closely with HR partners, legal teams, and executive leadership, you will drive consistency, mitigate risks, and foster a positive workplace culture across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on employee relations issues, including performance management, corrective actions, organizational restructuring, and policy interpretation.

• Conduct and oversee investigations of high complexity and sensitivity, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

• Partner with HR teams, legal, and executive leadership to address escalated cases and enterprise-wide employee relations matters.

• Develop and implement employee relations best practices, policies, and training programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.

• Utilize data analytics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.

• Mentor and coach less experienced team members, fostering growth and alignment with regulatory standards.

• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve employee relations processes and outcomes.

• Provide strategic counsel to leaders and stakeholders on risk mitigation and organizational change.

• Champion a culture of integrity, inclusion, and accountability across all levels of the organization. Requirements • Extensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with proven experience handling complex employee relations cases.

• Strong background in performance management, corrective actions, and organizational restructuring.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct sensitive investigations and implement effective solutions.

• Proficiency in utilizing data analytics to drive insights and inform policy decisions.

• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills to guide team members and encourage growth.

• Effective communication and influencing skills to collaborate with stakeholders, including HR, legal, and executive leadership.

• Experience with cross-functional project management and driving enterprise-wide initiatives.

• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and cultivating a positive workplace culture.
