    Intake & Conflicts Coordinator – Direct Hire Opportunity

    • Location: Downtown Dallas (Hybrid)

    Are you detail-oriented and experienced in new business intake and conflicts? We’re partnering with a leading law firm to find a skilled Intake & Conflicts Coordinator to join their dynamic administrative team. In this role, you’ll be a key player in supporting attorneys and staff by conducting conflict searches, maintaining client/matter data, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures — all while protecting the confidentiality of sensitive information.

     

    • Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct conflict of interest searches for new business intake and lateral hire candidates.

    + Analyze and summarize search results to attorneys, providing clear and actionable insights.

    + Maintain accurate records and update client and matter billing information in the firm’s database.

    + Open new matters, manage updates, and assist with closure and archival processes.

    + Provide responsive and professional support to attorneys, legal staff, and clients.

    + Manage administrative tasks to ensure the integrity of the conflicts database.

    + Maintain strict confidentiality while communicating professionally with attorneys, staff, and clients.

    Requirements

    • What We're Looking For:

    + 3+ years of hands-on experience in new business intake and conflicts within a law firm setting.

    + Experience using Elite 3E, Intapp Open, or similar conflicts/accounting systems.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    + Excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset.

    + A team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
