    Robert Half has partnered with an established construction supply company in the Greater Augusta area to hire an HR Coordinator for a full time position with benefits.

    The ideal Human Resources candidate will have the following skills and experience:

    + 2+ years HR experience

    + Data Entry (Excel)

    + Onboarding/Benefits

    + Recruiting / Job Fairs

    + Employee files, I-9

    + New Hire Orientation and processing

    + Backup for payroll

    + Communication skills

    + Eager to learn

    Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role.

     

    • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Excel.

    • Experience with onboarding processes and conducting orientations for new employees.

    • Strong organizational skills to manage employee records and compliance documentation.

    • Ability to support payroll activities and maintain confidentiality.

    • Effective communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.

    • Demonstrated ability to organize and participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs.

    • Eagerness to learn and adapt within a dynamic work environment.
