Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical background to join our team in a fast-paced injection molding facility. This role is approximately 80% electrical and 20% mechanical, focusing on troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment installations. Injection molding experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
+ Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on production equipment.
+ Perform on-the-spot fixes and assist with equipment installations and setups.
+ Support preventive maintenance tasks, which constitute approximately 2% of the workload.
+ Troubleshoot and maintain injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
+ Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime.
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
+ Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Essential Skills
+ Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills.
+ Basic mechanical aptitude.
+ Experience with PLC troubleshooting and control.
+ Ability to interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
+ Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Familiarity with injection molding equipment is a plus.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Experience with 3-phase electrical systems and hydraulic systems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
