    About the Role:

    Join a dedicated team assembling life-saving medical devices in a clean, structured production environment. You’ll work with precision tools, follow digital work instructions, and contribute to high-quality manufacturing processes that make a real impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Assemble medical device components using small hand tools

    + Read and follow digital work instructions on a computer

    + Navigate basic computer programs to support assembly tasks

    + Conduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality

    + Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency

    What You Bring:

    + 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or assembly

    + Ability to follow written instructions with precision

    + Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite familiarity)

    + Strong attention to detail and quality standards

    Preferred Skills:

    + Mechanical aptitude

    + Ability to read, write, and comprehend English

    + Reliable attendance and punctuality

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
