Job Title: Production Support Worker

Job Description

A manufacturer in Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated Production Support Worker to contribute to either the large parts department as a floater or the small parts department as a racker/packer.

Responsibilities

+ Rack parts in preparation for painting processes.

+ Remove parts from racks after the paint process is completed.

+ Visually inspect finished products for defects in wet processing.

+ Pack parts following detailed work instructions.

+ Assist with various tasks in different departments as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in racking, packaging, and inspection.

+ Ability to perform general labor tasks.

+ Proficiency in production line operations.

+ Capability to lift and handle parts efficiently.

Work Environment

This position operates on the 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
