Position Description:
The Impact You'll Make - You will be at the forefront of delivering a new cloud security service to 50+ federal agencies. Operating as a managed service, agencies will look to you for expert guidance on integrating advanced cloud protection into their environments, implementing security best practices, and enhancing their visibility, detection, and response capabilities. Your work will directly strengthen the security posture of critical government infrastructure.
Your Growth Path - You'll join a team of respected cybersecurity subject matter experts who lead initiatives across identity, host, network, and application security domains. Your insights on cloud security, zero trust maturity, and cross-domain security integration will directly influence agency security strategies. We value cost-effective solutions that maximize existing investments—your ability to architect integrated, efficient security approaches will be highly valued and will position you as a trusted advisor to both internal leadership and federal clients.
Your Team and Collaboration Model - You'll work closely with our Cloud Security Architect and the broader architecture team, including VP level management. You'll be trusted to independently represent the company in technical discussions, author documentation for agency review, and respond directly to federal program managers or technical staff. This role balances independent execution with collaborative problem-solving—you'll have the autonomy to drive solutions while being supported by deep expertise across security domains.
Your Authority and Autonomy - You're trusted to work independently. Your well-researched, validated recommendations carry weight and will be incorporated into final approved solutions presented to agencies. You'll have the authority to make technical decisions within the scope of your domain expertise and will be expected to bring informed perspectives to architecture discussions that shape our service delivery.
This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to be in our Fairfax, VA office a minimum of two days per week.
Your future duties and responsibilities:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with cloud security in AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Direct experience implementing or managing CNAPP platforms (Wiz, CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security, Palo Alto Prisma Cloud, or similar)
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical federal stakeholders
