    Position Description:

    CGI Federal is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect who will assist in the technical solution and development/implementation of ServiceNow in various modules and services. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will deliver expertise in developing enterprise-wide architecture, leading multiple development and implementations, providing guidance and leadership with development Team Leads.

     

    *This position is located at our client site in Baltimore, MD. Other onshore delivery centers may be an option: Lafayette, LA, Lebanon, VA, Belton, TX, Knoxville, TN*

    Your future duties and responsibilities:

    . Lead the ServiceNow Architecture development, enhancements and implementations.

    . Collaborate with customers and stakeholders in utilizing ServiceNow for managing enterprise services and enhancements using new technologies (i.e., AI and automation).

    . Build roadmaps, provide recommendations, lead development and utilization of new technologies and services to enhance and fully utilize ServiceNow services and capabilities.

    . Provide assistance to development teams as needed.

    Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

    . Bachelor's and 12 years of experience, Master's and 10 years of experience or 18+ in lieu of a degree

    . 10+ years of experience as ServiceNow Developer

    . 5+ years as a ServiceNow Solutions Architect

    . 5+ years leading ServiceNow development teams

    . Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.

    . Required ServiceNow required certification:

    o Certified System Administrator (baseline)

    o Certified Application Developer (baseline)

    . ServiceNow CIS certification in multiple areas:

    o CIS – Customer Service Management

    o CIS – IT Service Management

    o CIS – Discovery

    o CIS – Service Mapping

    o CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management

    o CIS – Application Portfolio Management

    o CIS – Software Asset Management

    o CIS – Hardware Asset Management

    . 5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.

    . 5+ years of experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies

    . 5+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR

    . 5+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)

    . 5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.

    . Ability to work in a high growth, fast paced environment

    . Excellent understanding of system architecture, design principles, and impacts

    . Experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)

    . Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.

    . Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly

    . Experience with the US Federal Government

    Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required:

    Additional ServiceNow CIS certification with preference for the following:

    . CIS – Customer Service Management

    . CIS – IT Service Management

    . CIS – Discovery

    . CIS – Service Mapping

    . CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management

    . CIS – Application Portfolio Management

    . CIS – Software Asset Management

    . CIS – Hardware Asset Management

    . Experience with Web development, including technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java

    . Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across the various modules in ServiceNow

    . Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols

    . Experience with Business Rules, Workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces and External Portals

    . Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP

    . Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications, including ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM or HR

    . Project Management or Agile certification

    . ITILv4 Foundations Certification

    . Ability to work in a high growth, fast paced environment

     

    CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $88,200.00 - $195,200.00.
