    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated Assemblers to join our dynamic manufacturing team. You will collaborate with a group of 4-5 team members on the production floor, assembling specific sections of large HVAC units designed for commercial buses. Each team operates within designated lines or cells, and teamwork is essential as each completed section progresses down the line. Attention to detail is crucial in this role.

    Responsibilities

    + Work as part of a team to assemble HVAC units for commercial buses.

    + Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently.

    + Follow detailed written and verbal instructions to ensure accurate assembly.

    + Collaborate with team members and leads to ensure smooth workflow.

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing setting performing assembly work.

    + Proficiency in using hand and power tools.

    + Experience working on an assembly line.

    + Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently..

     

    Work Environment

     

    Our work environment is modern and well-maintained, featuring a clean production floor with bright lighting and organized workspaces. Employees enjoy a state-of-the-art breakroom, lobby, and offices. The facility operates on a first shift from Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with potential overtime until 5 p.m. and occasionally on Saturdays. The facility is temperature controlled, providing a comfortable setting for all employees.

    The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $35360.00/yr.
