    • What You’ll Do

    + Assemble solar panels and control panels using hand and power tools.

    + Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure precision and quality.

    + Solder and wire components with care and accuracy.

    + Maintain dexterity while handling small electronic parts.

    + Collaborate on a high-volume production line to meet daily goals.

    We offer flexible schedules to fit your lifestyle:

    + **Shift A:** $19.50/hr | Sun–Tue (every other Wed), 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    + **Shift B:** $22.00/hr | Sun–Wed, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

    + **Shift C:** $19.50/hr | Thu–Sat (Wed), 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    + **Shift D:** $22.00/hr | Thu–Sat (Wed), 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $22.42/hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
