    Job Title: Carpenter

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to work on commercial construction projects, focusing on school and multifamily new builds. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected assist subcontractors and construction site clean up.

    Responsibilities

    + Participate actively in construction tasks, wearing tools on-site.

    + Assist with project layout and scheduling.

    + Occasionally operate equipment such as forklifts, skid steers, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.

    Essential Skills

    + Extensive experience in construction and carpentry, including framing and finish carpentry.

    + Proficiency in commercial construction projects.

    + Ability to read blueprints and utilize Bluebeam software.

    + Strong leadership and team management skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Certification from CITC or a union apprenticeship is preferred.

    + OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

    Work Environment

     

    Work on new construction commercial projects, including schools in South Denver. Expect to work 50-60 hour weeks, opening and closing projects, and reporting directly to the Superintendent.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract position based out of Englewood, Colorado.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
