**Job Type:** Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
+ Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
+ Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary
+ Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our system
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
+ Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
+ Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
+ Comfortable using computers and customer service software

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
