Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both electrical and mechanical maintenance of industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

+ Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment, with duties split approximately 50/50 between the two disciplines.

+ Work on hydraulic bending equipment, tube bending equipment, lasers, CNC machines, conveyor lines, and assembly lines.

+ Troubleshoot electrical issues up to 480v single and three-phase systems.

+ Perform diagnostics on sensors, motors, bearings, gears, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

+ Conduct MIG welding and fabrication of parts and equipment.

+ Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot issues, install new equipment, and contribute technical expertise to projects.

+ Read and interpret schematics and prints.

+ Operate forklifts, the person, and aerial lifts as needed.

Essential Skills

+ 5+ years of recent industrial maintenance experience.

+ Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and mechanical diagnostics.

+ Ability to run a 480v line and troubleshoot 3-phase motors.

+ Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, bearings, and gears.

+ Capability to read blueprints and schematics.

+ Possession of own tools.

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Experience operating a forklift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ PLC troubleshooting.

+ Experience with ABB or Fanuc robot troubleshooting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.35/hr.
