    Job Title: Press Brake Operator

    Job Description

    A manufacturer in Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated and skilled Press Brake Operator for the 1st shift. This role requires someone with the ability to work with aluminum or stainless carbon steel sheets and ensure that quality specifications are consistently met.

    Responsibilities

    + Manually load aluminum or stainless carbon steel sheets.

    + Use basic math, calipers, and micrometers to ensure quality specifications are met.

    + Change dull punches and other tooling as needed.

    + Form, punch, or cut components for various finished products and prepare them for packaging.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficient in operating a press brake.

    + Ability to use calipers and micrometers effectively.

    + Experience with tool changes and blueprint reading.

    + Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication and CNC press brake operations.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with press machine and brake press machines.

    + Knowledge of CNC laser operations.

    + Competency in machine setup and welding.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
