Warehouse Associate – $19–$21/hr | Hands-On Work |

**Location:** Omaha, Nebraska

**Type:** Contract to Hire

**Schedule:** First Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Second Shift: 4:00 PM – 11:30 PM

A metal distribution center is hiring **Warehouse Associates** to operate overhead cranes and load steel beams. This is a great opportunity to get into a skilled trade, earn solid pay, and work with a tight-knit crew.

Pay & Hours

+ **$19–$21/hour** , based on experience

+ **Weekly pay**

+ Overtime available

Job Duties

+ Operate overhead cranes to lift and move steel

+ Load beams onto trucks based on customer orders

+ Track inventory in your assigned bay

+ Keep crane clean and in working order

+ Use RF scanners and pallet jacks as needed

Requirements

+ 6+ months of warehouse experience

+ Comfortable operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment

+ Able to lift and move heavy materials

+ Prior crane experience is a plus—but **training is provided**

Work Environment

+ Large warehouse with open truck bays (not temperature controlled)

+ Team of 2–3 people per shift

+ Steel-toed boots, jeans, and work shirt required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
