    Job Title: HVAC Foreman

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Foreman to perform commercial HVAC and HVAC-R service and installation work. This role involves traveling approximately 80% of the time to oversee other installers and service technicians. The remaining 20% involves maintaining the warehouse at the designated location. You will join a team of 5-10 other technicians and laborers.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform commercial HVAC and HVAC-R service and installation work.

    + Oversee and support other installers and service technicians.

    + Assist with service calls to fix equipment for current customers.

    + Maintain the warehouse at the designated location.

    + Participate in an on-call rotation schedule with other team members.

    Essential Skills

    + 2+ years as an HVAC Maintenance Technician.

    + Experience with commercial and/or residential HVAC equipment.

    + Experience in leading or overseeing crews.

    + 5+ years of experience in the maintenance of commercial HVAC products.

    + HVAC/R Associate's Degree from a technical school.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in HVAC installation and service.

    + Familiarity with sheet metal work.

    + Technical degree in HVAC is a plus.

    Work Environment

     

    The role involves working in commercial HVAC, primarily in new construction, with occasional service calls. You may assist in the fabrication shop and warehouse. Expect to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including cold temperatures, especially during winter service calls. As part of your development, you will initially shadow the Lead HVAC Technician until you are comfortable working independently.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Horicon, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr.
