Job Title: Swiss Machinist

**Location:** Coon Rapids, MN

**Job Type:** Direct Hire

**Shifts Available:** Weekend Nights

**Sign-On Bonus:** - $3,000

Pay & Shift Details:

+ **Weekend Night Shift:** +30% differential

+ **Overtime:** Paid after 8 hours/day

+ **Schedule:** 12-hour shifts available

Position Summary

We're hiring experienced Swiss Machinists to join a precision-focused team producing medium to long-run medical components. You’ll set up and operate Tsugami CNC Swiss machines (or similar brands), interpret blueprints, and ensure quality in a clean, high-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines (Tsugami preferred; Citizen or Star also considered)

+ Manufacture precision medical parts in medium to long production runs

+ Read and interpret blueprints with accuracy

Qualifications

+ 2+ years of CNC Swiss machining experience

+ Perform basic setups, tool changes, and offsets

+ 6+ months of experience with setups, offsets, and tool changes

+ Experience medical machining preferred

Ideal Candidates May Come From:

RMS, RMS Surgical, Donatelle, Heraeus, Graco, or similar precision machining environments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $104000.00/yr.

OT after 8 hours every day, 20-30% shift differential, brand new facility, 401k match, health, vision, dental, employee wellness programs

This is a fully onsite position in Coon Rapids,MN.
