    Job Title: Set Up Machine Operator ($18-20/hr.+)

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Set Up Operator to join our team for a first shift role, running from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating various stamping machines within the department, ensuring the quality of all parts produced, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

    Responsibilities

    + Set up and operate numerous stamping machines within the department.

    + Maintain quality on all parts produced by the machines.

    + Follow drawings and prints based on customer specifications.

    + Troubleshoot any issues or defects on the machines.

    + Multitask and operate multiple machines simultaneously.

    + Lift products when necessary.

    Essential Skills

    + 1+ years of prior experience operating machinery.

    + Proficient in machine operation, threading, inspection, and troubleshooting.

    + Ability to follow directions and retain information.

    + Accountable for a high level of performance.

    + Pay close attention to detail.

    + Efficient work ethic with the ability to multitask.

    + Clear, effective, and professional communication on all levels.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with press brakes and punch presses.

    + Mechanically inclined with a knack for blueprint reading.

    + Experience in machine setup.
