Job Title: Carpentry Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Craftsman to join our team on new construction projects. Our company specializes in the erection of new buildings and renovations or remodels of commercial and industrial properties.

Responsibilities

+ Perform building erection of pre-engineered and wood-framed buildings.

+ Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

+ Install roofing, siding, insulation, and flashing.

+ Identify and resolve issues or obstacles that arise during the construction process.

+ Work outdoors in variable weather conditions.

+ Mentor and train new members of the team.

+ Demonstrate strong attention to detail, building structures as if they were your own.

Essential Skills

+ Experience as a Finish Carpenter, Construction worker, Carpenter, or Farm Hand.

+ Proficient in using nail guns and framing tools.

+ Experience with rough carpentry and finish carpentry.

+ Skilled in insulation, steel frame, carpentry, and wood framing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in carpentry, roofing, concrete, sheet metal, and building erecting.

Work Environment

The position is located in the surrounding market, with projects across the state. If willing to travel, you will have consistent work. Crews typically consist of 5-6 members, reporting to a Site Superintendent. The work is primarily outdoors, with some interior work as well.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kaukauna, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $35.00/hr.
