Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in processing work orders, handling rush deliveries, and managing stock in a fast-paced, labor-intensive environment. This role offers the opportunity to eventually transition into a driving position if desired.

Responsibilities

+ Pick and stock customer’s boxes or items.

+ Scan and bar code incoming boxes and items.

+ Process work orders efficiently.

+ Handle rush deliveries with accuracy.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to handle and safeguard sensitive and confidential information.

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.

+ Proficiency in speaking and communicating well in English with customers and coworkers.

+ Basic reading and writing skills.

+ Basic understanding of a PC.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in warehouse operations, order pulling, and heavy lifting.

+ Ability to perform heavy physical work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Requirements a Valid DL

Work Environment

You will be working in a family-owned, deadline-intensive environment with a team of 8 in the warehouse. This role involves heavy order pulling and labor-intensive work throughout the day. While you will typically work individually, teamwork is essential. The position offers the possibility of transitioning into a driver role over time.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
