Job Title: Electromechanical Technician

Job Description

Join our team as an Electromechanical Technician, where you will be responsible for mechanical assembly, point-to-point electrical wiring, soldering, and wire harness assembly. You will work in a prototype environment directly with schematics and drawings for new product builds.

Responsibilities

+ Perform mechanical assembly, point-to-point electrical wiring, and soldering.

+ Assemble wire harnesses and ensure quality and accuracy in assembly processes.

+ Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical prints.

+ Utilize hand and power tools, and operate shop tools such as lathes, mills, and drill presses.

+ Conduct inspection, testing, quality assurance, and troubleshoot electronics as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with point-to-point wiring and wire harness assembly.

+ Proficiency in using hand tools and power screwdrivers.

+ Basic computer and typing skills.

+ Basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.

+ Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or detailed work instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Prior testing and troubleshooting experience is an advantage.

+ Experience with fabrication, including mills, lathes, and drill presses, is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
