Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler (Entry Level)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented **Electro-Mechanical Assembler** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting electronic and hydraulic schematics to install, wire, and test a variety of components on truck chassis, including sensors, switches, lights, valves, and more. You will also retrofit scissor lifts onto pre-built truck chassis, requiring both mechanical and electrical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Read and interpret electronic and hydraulic schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings

+ Mount, wire, and install electronic and hydraulic components

+ Run wires and hoses to connect PTOs (Power Take-Offs) on truck chassis

+ Perform mechanical assembly and fabrication tasks

+ Troubleshoot and test systems for proper functionality

+ Work in and around vehicles, including bending and crawling under trucks

+ Perform PLC wiring and make electrical connections

Required Skills & Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of experience in electrical wiring and cable pulling

+ Basic knowledge of 12V and 240V systems

+ Ability to read and follow schematics and instructions in English

+ Familiarity with hand tools and mechanical assembly

+ Comfortable working in a production or automotive environment

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to perform math calculations (fractions, decimals)

Preferred Experience:

+ Automotive or truck assembly experience

+ Experience with hydraulic systems and steel

+ Knowledge of PLC wiring and control systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
