Job Title:** **Process Technician (Direct Hire)

**Pay Rate:** $28.00-$32.00 per hour based on experience

**Hours:** 7:00PM-7:00AM, 2-2-3 rotation (will train on days for 1-3 months)

Job Description

As a Process Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes while adhering to applicable laws and regulations. You will be a role model in work ethic, safety, and quality standards, coordinating and implementing plant improvement events, and maintaining essential materials and supplies.

Responsibilities

+ Help improve plant operations by working with the Manufacturing Services Director.

+ Make sure shifts are covered, even when changes happen last minute.

+ Work with the warehouse and purchasing teams to keep production supplies stocked.

+ Join meetings with staff and managers to share updates and ideas.

+ Check materials to ensure they meet quality standards.

+ Fix and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

+ Read manuals to find and solve problems, and adjust machine settings as needed.

+ Set up machines and molds based on instructions and quality requirements.

+ Use tools like electric meters, hand tools, and power tools.

+ Keep the warehouse and production areas clean and safe.

+ Support teamwork and help coordinate tasks among employees.

+ Help manage spare parts inventory.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with molding machines, mold maintenance, setting, changing, and repair.

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

+ Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

+ Strong leadership and teamwork orientation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to train new employees and provide effective coaching.

+ Experience in conducting quality inspections and ensuring compliance with specifications.

+ Capability to manage the flow of materials to production.

+ Willingness to operate forklifts safely and become certified.

+ Physical ability to stand, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $62400.00/yr.
