Entry-Level Assembler – Solar & Control Panels

**Location:** Seminole, FL

**Schedule:** 3-2-2 Rotating Shift

**Pay Range:** $18–$22/hour

Job Overview:

Join a fast-paced production team in Seminole, FL, assembling **solar panels and control panels** for high-volume manufacturing. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assemble solar and control panels using hand and power tools

+ Follow blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate builds

+ Perform soldering and wiring tasks as needed

+ Handle small electronic components (e.g., microchips, PCBs, SD cards) with precision

+ Work efficiently on an assembly line to meet production goals

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Skills:

+ Mechanical assembly

+ Use of hand and power tools

+ Blueprint and schematic reading

+ Production line experience

+ Soldering and wiring (preferred)

+ Strong manual dexterity for small parts

Top Qualifications:

1. **At least 6 months of experience** in a production or assembly role

2. Experience working with tools and performing mechanical tasks

3. Ability to work with small components and maintain fine motor control

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
