Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Driver-Swing to join our team. The role involves ensuring the safe and timely delivery of products to our customers while maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain regular and punctual attendance according to shift times or a pre-arranged work schedule.
+ Follow all policies, procedures, and work instructions.
+ Wear and maintain proper personal equipment (PPE).
+ Ensure all products are properly loaded in trucks to ensure undamaged arrival.
+ Drive a truck to deliver products to customers' place of business.
+ Load and unload the vehicle, unassisted or with assistance, using forklifts if necessary.
+ Lift, pull, push, and carry goods of varying weights over long distances, rough terrain, or stairs.
+ Ensure proper scanning of jobs and obtain signatures via the shipping proof of delivery app.
+ Issue or obtain customer signatures on receipts for pickup or delivery.
+ Match certifications/travelers to the respective job, ensuring accuracy before scanning the job to the customer.
+ Maintain basic shipping paperwork, checking for accuracy and ensuring the customer has signed the dated certifications.
+ Assist the receiving department in the transportation and storage of received materials and customer products.
+ Operate pallet jacks and forklifts with a high degree of caution.
+ Drive safely and defensively, obeying the rules of the road.
+ Travel safely in various outdoor weather conditions.
Essential Skills
+ Ability to read, write, and speak English.
+ Detail-oriented and quick learner.
+ Strong organizational skills.
+ Forklift training and certification.
+ Excellent vision including normal color vision.
+ Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds unaided, and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
+ Good communication skills and ability to represent the company positively.
+ Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
+ Capability to drive a 22-foot box truck.

Work Environment
The role operates within a protective coatings environment. You will be exposed to moderate noise and vibration while driving and must be prepared to work in various outdoor weather conditions.
