Job Title: Parts Prep Specialist - 2nd Shift
Job Description
A dynamic manufacturing company in the northern Indianapolis region is seeking a dedicated Parts Prep Specialist for the 2nd shift. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the production line by preparing parts efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
+ Regularly load and unload parts on the racking system.
+ Tape and mask parts in preparation for painting.
+ Maintain cleanliness of the work area according to 5S standards.
+ Stand and lift materials consistently throughout the shift.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with hand tools and power tools.
+ Proficiency in mechanical assembly and blueprint reading.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in mechanic, mechanical assembly, or electrical assembly.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westfield, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
