Job Title: Field Service Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Supervisor to oversee and manage our team of field service technicians. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in field service, with strong management skills and the ability to plan equipment and personnel needs. This role involves traveling to various sites to install rendering equipment and requires a comprehensive skill set, including installation, repairs, welding, troubleshooting, scheduling, leading, and managing.

Responsibilities

+ Supervise and manage a team of field service technicians.

+ Plan and allocate resources, including scheduling equipment and personnel needs.

+ Travel to different sites across the US to install rendering equipment.

+ Conduct installations, repairs, and welding as necessary.

+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site.

+ Communicate effectively with customers and employees to discuss schedules and project requirements.

Essential Skills

+ At least 5 years of experience on a field installation crew.

+ Experience as a crew lead is preferred.

+ Strong communication skills for discussing schedules with customers and team members.

+ Proficiency in maintenance repair, welding, and installation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Management skills to lead and guide the team effectively.

+ Experience using hand tools and performing general labor.

Work Environment

This role involves traveling across the US, where work environments may vary. Expect to work in settings that can be a bit dirty and may have unpleasant odors, typical of construction and installation sites.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Jordan, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
