    Job Title: Quality Inspector

    Job Description

    The Quality Inspector is responsible for performing first article inspections of machined component parts from the Swiss machining department. The role involves extensive documentation and requires the use of general inspection tools and engineered prints to ensure the quality of the manufactured parts.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct first article inspections of machined component parts.

    + Utilize inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, and microscopes.

    + Work with engineered prints to verify part quality.

    + Perform quality checks and inspections to maintain quality control standards.

    + Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly.

    Essential Skills

    + 1+ year of experience leading personnel within a manufacturing setting.

    + 3+ years of Quality Inspection experience.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, including GD&T knowledge.

    + Experience with quality checking machined and/or molded components.

    + Knowledge of quality control terminology and standards.

    + Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with CMM programming and operation, specifically PC-DMIS.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
