Job Title: Forklift Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator with expertise in doing shipping and receiving tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in international shipping and be proficient in using computer systems to ensure the smooth processing and preparation of products for shipment.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare products for shipment and processing.
+ Verify paperwork, work orders, and shipping instructions.
+ Maintain a clean and operational work area.
+ Meet customer demands efficiently.
+ Perform tasks independently as required.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience with FedEx and UPS.
+ Proficiency in computer usage.
+ At least 6 months of international shipping experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Minimum of 1 year experience as a supervisor.
+ Proficiency in using FedEx and UPS software.
+ Experience with SAP, data entry, pallet management, and forklift operation.

This role is based within a well-equipped facility, offering a structured environment to support your work. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and the use of forklifts and other shipping equipment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of East Hartford, Connecticut.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.66 - $21.66/hr.
