Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, troubleshooting, and overhaul of existing electromechanical equipment. Your role will include performing preventative maintenance on a wide variety of production equipment, including processing and packaging machinery. You will also plan and schedule preventive maintenance tasks to align with production schedules.
Responsibilities
+ Perform routine and scheduled preventative maintenance on all production machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and operational readiness.
+ Quickly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on equipment and building systems to minimize downtime.
+ Adhere to all plant safety policies, procedures, and regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times.
+ Assist with the installation, assembly, and setup of new or relocated production equipment according to layout plans and manufacturer specifications.
+ Maintain accurate and timely records of all maintenance activities, work orders, parts usage, and modifications in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Work Environment
Join a family-oriented company culture with over 300 full-time and temporary employees across multiple shifts. The facility offers lockers and a cafeteria for employees, and the environment is temperature-controlled. Work shifts include a 2-8 hour shift from Sunday to Thursday, 11:15 PM to 7:15 AM, and a 4-12 hour shift from 6 PM to 6 AM, following a 2-2-3 schedule. No more than three straight shifts are worked without at least two days off.

This is a Permanent position based out of Easton, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $62400.00/yr.
Annual Bonus Potential for all full time employees
5 vacation days and PTO/144 hours of Paid Holiday Time (12 days)
$1000 sign on bonus
