Description We are looking for a Test Center Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in La Grande, Oregon. This part-time position requires flexibility in scheduling, including availability for occasional evening and Saturday shifts. The role involves maintaining a secure and detail-oriented testing environment while ensuring a seamless experience for examinees.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome test candidates and verify their identification to ensure adherence to security protocols.

• Conduct security checks, including the use of scanning devices, to maintain a safe testing environment.

• Monitor examinees throughout their testing process to uphold integrity and compliance.

• Address any issues or concerns from test candidates promptly and courteously.

• Safeguard test materials and maintain a secure environment within the test center at all times.

• Provide clear instructions and create a comfortable atmosphere for examinees.

• Report any incidents or irregularities that fall outside company guidelines.

• Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements based on operational needs, including weekend availability.

• Represent the organization's values and mission in all interactions.

• Utilize digital systems to scan and record candidate fingerprint identification, if applicable. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Previous experience in receptionist duties, including answering inbound calls and greeting visitors.

• Proficiency in scanning documents and managing clerical tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict security procedures.

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional evenings.

• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
