Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Newport Beach, California. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and organized environment. The role is fully onsite and requires excellent organizational and communication skills to support day-to-day administrative operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

• Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.

• Perform scanning and document management to ensure records are up-to-date.

• Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management as needed.

• Handle inbound calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.

• Support back-office operations, including administrative tasks and record-keeping.

• Collaborate with team members to complete various office projects.

• Maintain an organized workspace.

• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus, though not required.

• Detail-oriented demeanor and ability to work well in a team environment.
