    Dignity Health Medical Group – Northridge (https://www.dignityhealth.org/dhmf/locations/northridge-specialty-care) is seeking a **full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Urgent Care Physician** to join our outpatient team in **Northridge, CA** .     Opportunity Highlights

    + Full-time outpatient **Urgent Care position** in a busy, well-established clinic setting

    + Provide care for **non-life-threatening, acute conditions** across a broad patient population

    + Perform **procedures** such as laceration repair, incision and drainage, splinting, joint injections, and wound care

    + Collaborate with an experienced team of **physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff**

    + Access to on-site lab and radiology services for expedited care delivery

    + Flexible scheduling with **no inpatient or hospital call responsibilities**

    + **Sign-On Bonus:** Up to $40,000

    Job Requirements

    + MD or DO degree with **Board Certification or Eligibility** in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine

    + Active California medical license (or ability to obtain) and DEA registration

    + Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred

    + Procedural competency in common urgent care procedures

    + Excellent clinical and communication skills with a focus on **team-based care**

    + Commitment to compassionately serving a diverse patient population
